How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose a payment method. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is placed.
Can I order from multiple boutiques at once?
Yes — your cart can hold items from different boutiques. Each boutique will receive and fulfil their portion of your order separately.
How do I track my order?
Go to your account and open the Orders tab. You'll see the current status for each order — from confirmed to shipped to delivered.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact the boutique directly via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once an order is being prepared, changes may not be possible.
What payment methods are accepted?
Peonies supports bank transfer, cash on delivery, and card payments depending on the boutique. Each boutique sets its own accepted methods.
How does bank transfer payment work?
At checkout you'll see the boutique's account number and bank details. Transfer the amount, then upload your receipt. The boutique will confirm payment and proceed with your order.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Bank transfers go directly to the boutique's account — Peonies never handles or stores your financial information.
How do I open a boutique on Peonies?
Go to the Sell page and sign up. Your first month is free — no credit card needed. After the trial, you choose whether to continue for just 9.99 OMR/month. There's no obligation to subscribe.
How will I receive order notifications?
Every new order is sent to your WhatsApp instantly with the customer's details, items ordered, and total amount.
Can I list products in Arabic?
Yes — every product supports both Arabic and English names and descriptions.
Is there a commission on my sales?
No. Peonies charges a flat monthly fee only. We take 0% commission on your sales.
Who handles delivery?
Each boutique handles its own shipping and delivery. Check the boutique's page or contact them on WhatsApp for delivery areas and estimated times.
Do boutiques deliver outside Oman?
Some boutiques ship across the GCC. Check with the boutique directly before placing your order if you're outside Oman.
